when is it?
Friday, May 25th. 4pm-6pm.

where?
some field at MHS. Not the football field. probably one of the lacrosse practice fields. you can email me for directions.

other details?
if you bring food, we’ll eat it afterwards. something like a potluck cookout. but this might not come through. it’s up in the air. this is our last planned game of the season. so bring your Yarrs and Grars.

Two things:

We have a “The Team” page, so send me your bios. write a lil sumthinsumthin and send me an email or whatever. include name, grade, # years been playing the ole FB, and anything else you want. oh, and point out anything you want me to format (bold, italics, underline, etc).

Also, it looks like we won’t be going to the States tournament this year. oh well.

Week of May 7

Monday: practice. we’ll be starting Zone

Tuesday: more Zone, maybe some Horizontal? we’ll see.

Wednesday: game prep, going over stuff. Mental Game.

Thursday: game!

Friday: day off. Geezer.

Thursday
tomorrow, we don’t have practice. or we do, it’s just optional. stay loose.

Next Thursday
next thursday, we have an away game versus CVU (Hinesburg – near Burl.). I’ll need committed drivers and players. more details to follow

Wed May 2 / coaching

game stuff
Wear a dark shirt, preferably black or maroon.
Bring something to cover your feet—sneakers or cleats.
Also wear comfortable shorts. Underwear is also recommended. They may be hot girls, but they’re our ENEMIES.
Also bring water, gatorade, etc—AT LEAST A LITER (one Nalgene-full).
I will not have community water for the game. I know it may be selfish, but I’d rather die selfish when I’m sixty than die thirsty at 18.

Wednesday, May 2:
where: College
when: be there by 3:45, warm up, games 4:15-6:30
who: anybody. from MHS/U32. who isn’t high or hammered. but anybody can play, really.

coaching
yeah so i’m probably cutting back on the whole coaching thing. it’s not gonna work to say “hey you! show up to practice!” ohwell.
anyway, if you show up to practice in the future, we might just play, or we might be doing something mildly “educational” and you might learn something. so i’m leaving it in your hands.

oh but be aware: we might have a real coach sometime in the future.
